    The Great Hall was a culinary delight-scallops that were a masterpiece and those tender beef bites were 'chef's kiss'! The staff, super attentive, made dining here a treat. Plus, the castle's charm? Totally unique! The family suite was super clean and stocked-snacks and all! Perfect for our adventures.

    Now onto the not-so-great bits. The service during dinner was pretty slow, and they ran out of items we ordered. Our kids faced a sad menu with cold dino nuggets-a real letdown for the price! With not much to entertain the kiddos nearby, a few games in the lounge would've been golden.

    historic and lovely location near to the restaurant, all the historic sites, and amsterdam, new york, i felt safe. plus, waves indoor waterpark was close to the hotel. enjoyable breakfast, best ever had, with what a treat in december and large muffins, for example.

    Staying at this unique castle was a good experience! The decor impressed me and the staff's friendliness. The noise from other guests was a challenge at times. I loved exploring the history of the castle.

    Historic and comfortable location next to the castle which offers such a relaxing atmosphere, the state Capitol in Albany and all the historic sites. A great selection of food options just a short stroll away from the venue.

    The hotel is unique and beautiful, with fine views from the castle and it's perfect location just a short walk from the Mohawk Valley Gateway Overlook Pedestrian Bridge and Riverlink Park. It's a single traveler's dream with friendly staff and well-stocked rooms for comfort.
